WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR RC

  • When you receive your RC open with care, avoid scratching bodywork.
  • KEEP IT TIGHT: Check all the parts that screw into one another, ensuring they are securely fastened. We recommend applying blue Loctite to the threaded connections as these connections can become loose over time as you use your RC due to vibrations.
  • CHARGE ME UP: Charge the battery within the RC fully, This is supplied with your RC. Make sure you use fully charged or new batteries for the radio transmitter (not supplied).
  • GET TO KNOW ME: Next, please refer to the individual product manuals to familiarise yourself with your new RC.

  • SERVO CHECK:Ensure all servos are working. On dual steering servos please make sure that these are moving in the correct direction and both in neutral positions. If they are fighting each other disconnect power immediately as you will risk your servos to burn out! Adjust servo horns to a neutral position please ensure servos are reset to a neutral position before screwing the horns.
  • LUBE ME UP: Prime the carburettor by pressing the rubber dome, until fuel is visible in the dome.
  • CHOKE ME DADDY: Put the choke on.
  • WARM ME UP: Pull the starter cord gently 2-3 times or until you hear the engine wanting to start.
  • START ME UP: Turn off the choke and pull the starter cord again until the engine is running.
  • We recommend you allow the RC to run in slowly allowing at least 1 to 2 tanks of fuel before full throttle. Failing to do so can result to engine failure.
